Experience will include management of seriously and persistently ill clients as well as those with psychiatric and co-occurring substance abuse disorders. Familiarity with current DSM criteria. Job Description JOB DEFINITION: The Registered Nurse will work with the CN Guidance FACT Team to deliver services to those individuals who are diagnosed with severe mental illness and whose needs have not been met by more traditional service delivery approaches. The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care and implements treatment plans under the direction of the Nurse Manager and medical staff, following established clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the New York State Department of Education and possess either an Associate's Degree (if awarded prior to December 18, 2017), Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program*. These visits are to be chosen at the beginning of each work day and identified on the client work board in the bullpen by the RN's initials., • Responsible for entering the documentation for each client visit in the IMA System as instructed by the team leader within twenty-four (24) hours after the client visit.
