    The Car Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.     Kitchen Staff Job Description Position Title: Kitchen Staff / Kitchen Assistant Summary: Responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cleanliness, organization, and supporting cooks and management to ensure efficient service and high-quality food. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare ingredients (wash, cut, portion, and store food items), • Assist cooks and chefs during food preparation and service, • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations, • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, • Properly store food and label items according to regulations, • Operate basic kitchen equipment (ovens, slicers, grills, fryers), • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools as needed, • Take out trash and maintain clean garbage areas, • Restock supplies and notify management when inventory is low, • Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors or managers, • Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries Requirements: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation, • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, • Team-oriented with good communication skills, • Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays), • Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required Physical Requirements: • Standing, walking, and moving for extended periods, • Lifting, bending, and carrying supplies, • Working in hot, cold, and wet environments Work Environment: • Fast-paced kitchen setting, • Exposure to heat, sharp tools, and kitchen equipment, • Requires strict adherence to cleanliness and safety standards Additional Duties: • Assist in catering or special events when needed, • Support other locations if required, • Perform other duties as assigned by management
