The Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Therapist to deliver critical therapeutic services and help our clients achieve lasting recovery. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in guiding clients on their journey to reclaim their lives. Important Information This position has hybrid flexibility, as we build our census you may have the opportunity to take appointments virtually as well as in person. This position is currently per diem simply meaning you will be paid per service provided at your agreed pay rate. You will have the opportunity to be flexible with your own working schedule as we just opened the facility and need flexibility. Responsibilities • Assist in conducting client assessments to determine appropriate level of care and specific treatment needs., • Co-facilitate group therapy sessions and provide support in individual counseling under the supervision of licensed staff., • Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans., • Assist with case management duties, including client follow-ups and coordinating care with other service providers., • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with OASAS regulations., • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in substance abuse treatment., • CASAC-T or greater, LMSW, MHC-LP, LMHC, LCSW, • 1 year of experience in substance abuse or mental health counseling, • Strong interest in substance abuse counseling and mental health services., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality., • Work in a supportive and mission-driven environment dedicated to excellence., • Make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families in your community.
