Within individual therapy, we develop and implement a person-centered treatment plan tailored to meet your needs. Our group activities feature Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Psycho-Educational groups, Solution Brief Focused Therapy, and other specific modalities that target your mental health symptoms. Mission Connection extends A Mission for Michael’s compassion-driven, evidence-based clinical program. Our innovative hybrid model seamlessly blends in-person and telehealth services, ensuring you can access the care you need, wherever you are. We provide mental health support to adults grappling with primary mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Mission Connection empowers these individuals to connect with their clinical team when, where, and how it’s most convenient for them. What You'll Do: Facilitate structured therapeutic groups in your area of expertise (e.g. art, music, fitness, etc.). Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions within group sessions that align with the mental health needs of adult clients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with the clinical team and contribute to the overall therapeutic environment of the program. Provide services that meet Joint Commission, DHS/DHCS, and AMFM Healthcare standards for safety, professionalism, and care quality. Monitor for and respond appropriately to client safety concerns or crisis situations, following company policies and procedures. Who We’re Looking For: Minimum Requirements: 21 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Credential, certification, or licensure in a relevant specialty (e.g.,Music Therapist, Art Therapist, or Fitness Professional) Prior experience working with adults with mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders Ability to pass state, federal, and company background checks Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, or related field Specialized certifications such as Trauma-Informed Care, DBT Skills Group Training, or other therapeutic modalities Strong documentation, de-escalation, and crisis intervention skills Familiarity with clinical terminology and managed care medical necessity criteria Skills & Traits: Professional, respectful communication with clients, families, and team members Organized, responsive, and reliable in both independent and team settings Committed to delivering high-quality, ethical care in a compassionate manner Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication Why Join AMFM Healthcare?
