Prepare the offer to the customer based upon the best supply source, which is determined by the Procurement department on the basis of certifications, price per unit and lead time., 2. Perform RFQ’s follow up activities that are necessary to ensure and maintain relations with customers, such as dealing with emails, making calls, videoconferences, and visits., 3. Build a sustainable relationship with the customer, providing all the necessary information about both the product and the orders/contracts, explaining complex technical information to customers., 4. Proactively handle customers’ complaints and ensure resolution by communicating with the Manager and other departments’ staff (Quality& Compliance, Finance, Operations, etc.), 5. Monitor and manage, on a daily basis, the assigned targets/KPIs (Sales, Margin, Bookings, OTIF %, Order Book, etc.) through the BI to ol (i.e. Qlik) and put corrective actions in place if required to make sure the profitability of the BU is achieved., 6. Identifies and coordinates services as required., • Supervises ISAP participants while in Company offices., • Establishes schedules for ISAP participants that include, but are not limited to, counseling sessions, immigration Court appearances, and access to legal services., • Coordinates with participants to ensure attendance at legal orientation and cultural orientation sessions, as well as supplemental services evaluations., • Reviews individual service plans, conducts risk/needs assessments and writes progress reports on a regular basis in compliance with contractual obligations., • Reports on program violations in a timely manner using established reporting parameters., • Conducts home visits to verify participants’ places of residence in compliance with contractual obligations., • Performs emergency counseling for ISAP participants as needed., • Identifies and maintains relationships with translation resources in the community, including private services, volunteers, universities, English as a Second Language (ESL) schools, NGOs, churches, and other organizations that might have resources to offer., • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree required. Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field preferred., • At least two years of customer service or case management experience required; experience in fields related to law, social work, detention, corrections or working with multi-cultural clients preferred., • Bilingual Spanish required., • Valid driver’s license required and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in order to perform home visits., • US citizenship required., • Ability to receive client’s approval to work on contract required., • Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included)., • Effective verbal and written communication skills with employees, community contacts, government officials and participants. Ability to interpret and articulate rules, orders, instructions and materials. Ability to compose reports., • Demonstrated sound judgment and even temperament. Ability to maintain self-control in stressful situations, such as interpersonal confrontations or emergencies. Job Description Essential Job Functions: • Learn and integrate a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, using an anti-oppressive lens, into your work with clients, • Attempt to reach by phone and mail victims who have filed reports with the precinct or PSA with a specific focus on victims of violent felony crimes and those victims who have filed reports two or more reports in the previous 12 months, • Work with victims of crime who come to the precinct or PSA seeking assistance, • Conduct home visits with officers and detectives to assist victims as needed, • Provide information, referrals, and practical assistance to victims experiencing crime, • Conduct client centered safety assessments and safety planning suited to the individual’s needs, • Provide crisis intervention and supportive listening, • Advocate with NYPD personnel that may include keeping a victim apprised of an NYPD investigation, • Provide criminal justice advocacy, • Advocate for victims for public benefits they may be entitled to, • Help with applying for compensation through the New York State Office of Victims Services (OVS), • Coordinate community resources for crime victims, • Provide information and referral for victims for services such as shelter, mental health treatment, medical care, and other entitlements, • Provide emergency practical assistance for victims including transportation and food vouchers, • Work collaboratively with police officers to effectively aid victims, • Collect data, track the history of crimes, and prepare monthly reports, • Perform data entry into a computerized record keeping system and maintain thorough accurate, and timely case records and statistics, • Advocate with Family and Criminal Court staff for victims, • Provide coverage in vacant precincts as needed, • Conduct trainings with police personnel, • Conduct community presentations, • Attend relevant trainings, workshops and seminars, • Work with other victims of domestic violence as needed, • All internal Safe Horizon programs and departments that can comprehensively support the client and case plan, • All external agencies and organizations that can provide appropriate services to the client, specifically the NYPD and the court systems, • The district attorney’s office in each of the boroughs, including the domestic violence bureaus, • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, • Excellent interpersonal skills, be assertive and well organized, • A minimum of two years’ experience in crime victim service delivery, or other relevant experience, • Basic knowledge of crime victim and domestic violence issues, • Basic understanding of computer and systems for managing case records, • Bilingual ability may be required to meet individual precinct/community linguistic needed This position is on-site.
