Job DescriptionJob description: Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER) Location: Loma Linda, CA 92354 Schedule: 36 hours/week (Day & Night shifts available) 6 weekend shifts in 6 weeks. Dayshift weekends are Saturday and Sunday. NOC weekend shifts are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Contract Length: 13 weeks (with potential extensions) Pay: $2,800-2,900 Weekly Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Travel RN to join our team and provide high-quality, rapid-response patient care in fast-paced ER environments. The ideal nurse is confident, adaptable, and skilled in managing high-acuity patients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: Deliver safe, timely, and compassionate nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department Perform comprehensive assessments, triage, and prioritize patient needs Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and maintain accurate documentation Respond quickly to emergent situations such as trauma, stroke, and cardiac events Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Follow all facility protocols, policies, and safety procedures Requirements: Active RN license (state-specific or compact) Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience (travel experience preferred, not required) BLS, ACLS required; PALS and TNCC strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and diverse patient populations Benefits: Competitive weekly pay packages Tax-free stipends (for eligible travelers) Health, dental, and vision insurance options Uniform Allowance Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
