Soliant Health is seeking 10 Emergency Room RNs for an urgent need in Edison, NJ. This is a vital opportunity for skilled nurses looking to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Job Overview: Our Emergency Department (ED) RNs are essential in caring for patients when they need us the most. In addition to providing specialized and innovative services, our ED RNs must be equipped to handle a variety of emergency situations for patients of all ages. You will be trained to manage trauma situations requiring quick and decisive actions, prioritizing patient needs effectively. Job Details: • Number of Positions: 10, • Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:30 AM, • Duration: 13 Weeks, • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required, • Holidays: As needed, • On Call Requirement: No on call Key Responsibilities:, • Assess and triage ining patients with both physical and mental health conditions., • Provide specialized nursing care in emergency situations, including trauma and acute medical issues., • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans., • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management., • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outes in a timely manner. Requirements:, • Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience., • Strong experience with stroke, sepsis, and STEMI patients is required., • Ability to float within the department, including ED Adult, Pediatrics, and Intermediate Care. About the Emergency Department:, • This is a FAST-PACED, high patient acuity Emergency Department., • The ED can handle up to 220 patients per day and see up to 20 stroke patients per shift.
