Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM How This Role Works: • Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment., • Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location., • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols., • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions., • Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior., • Document incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues, and communicate with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal personnel as needed. Minimum Requirements: • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements., • Customer service experience is preferred., • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred., • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles., • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent., • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws., • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws., • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law., • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment., • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
