JOB FUNCTION The Human Resources Director plays a key leadership role as a strategic partner in managing and enhancing the organization's HR functions, ensuring alignment with our mission-driven culture and strategic objectives. COMPENSATION/BENEFITS Starting salary for this role is $140,000 - $155,000 based on years and depth of experience.
