Your Qualifications: * Completion of a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program * Active RN license within the employed state * Board certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a PMHNP-BC is necessary-new graduates may apply, but cannot start until licensed. * APN authorization to practice family health within the employed state, as approved by the Board of Nurse Examiners * Possess an active DEA or have an application underway. The standard base salary begins at $120K, with the opportunity to earn up to $80K annually in productivity incentives (*monthly bonuses, based on utilization metrics). Most clinicians reach a total compensation of $155K-$160K once they achieve 55% utilization. Monthly productivity incentives are guaranteed during the onboarding ramp-up period to ensure financial stability as providers build their caseload. All offers to candidates will ultimately be based on that candidate's individual experience, years of prescriptive authority for psychiatric medication, and skillset.
