The standard base salary begins at $120K, with the opportunity to earn up to $80K annually in productivity incentives (*monthly bonuses, based on utilization metrics). Most clinicians reach a total compensation of $155K-$160K once they achieve 55% utilization. Monthly productivity incentives are guaranteed during the onboarding ramp-up period to ensure financial stability as providers build their caseload. All offers to candidates will ultimately be based on that candidate's individual experience, years of prescriptive authority for psychiatric medication, and skillset. Employment is contingent upon completion of legally required post-offer screenings, in compliance with applicable law
