The Team The Marketing team at Findigs operates at the intersection of product, sales, and revenue, with a mandate to build the Findigs brand in the market and convert that presence into pipeline. We are a lean, high-ownership team that moves fast and uses AI to do more with less. This role sits within Marketing and reports directly to the VP of Marketing. You will work in close partnership with the Sales team, SDRs, and the incoming Senior PMM to make sure every event, webinar, and community touchpoint Findigs shows up at is converting into real business outcomes. The Role We're looking for a Lead Field Marketing Manager who understands that events are not a brand exercise, they are a pipeline engine. You will own 10 to 20 events per year end to end. This includes everything from sourcing and negotiation through on-site execution and post-event follow-up, and you will be accountable for the pipeline each one generates. You will have the opportunity to build the system around each event: the right target account list going in, the SDR and AE activation happening on the floor, the follow-up sequences that convert meetings to opportunities, and the clear-eyed read on which events earned their budget and which ones did not. You will also run Findigs' webinar program, build community relationships with property managers and industry operators, and partner with the Sales team to make sure field marketing is one of the most productive pipeline sources in the company. Where you will make an impact: Events and Conference Management * Own Findigs' full event calendar: research, evaluate, and select 10 to 20 events per year based on ICP fit, pipeline potential, and cost efficiency. * Manage all end-to-end logistics: vendor negotiation, sponsorship agreements, booth design, staffing, travel, and on-site execution. * Build a standardized GTM activation model for each event: target account list, pre-event SDR and AE outreach, on-site engagement strategy, and a post-event follow-up playbook that moves conversations into pipeline within 5 business days. * Run a post-event pipeline review with Sales after every major event and make clear invest, adjust, or cut decisions based on actual ROI. * Use AI tools to accelerate event research, build outreach sequences, generate follow-up content, and reduce manual coordination overhead. Sales Enablement and Field Content * Create and maintain event-specific sales enablement materials: leave-behinds, one-pagers, demo scripts, and conversation guides tailored to each audience. * Partner with SDRs on pre-event outreach sequences and post-event follow-up cadences informed by the specific event context. * Ensure Sales and SDR teams are fully briefed before every event and feed field marketing learnings back into the broader marketing function. Your expertise in media workflows, broadcast technology, networking, and project execution will be key to delivering high-performance systems from concept to completion.What you'll do • Lead complex broadcast and media infrastructure projects by collaborating with clients and internal teams to define system requirements, budgets, timelines, and project goals, • Design and implement comprehensive media technology solutions—including new facility builds and existing facility upgrades to the latest broadcast technologies., • Create and manage detailed design documentation, including system schematics, functional descriptions, rack elevations, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and as-built drawings in alignment with engineering standards, • Oversee the configuration, testing, and commissioning of broadcast and IT subsystems (e.g., SAN/NAS/cloud storage, compute, network infrastructure) to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability, • Serve as a technical expert and escalation point, negotiating changes to deliverables and guiding clients through scope clarifications and system optimization decisions, • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, accurate reporting, and successful delivery of broadcast solutions, • Support build-phase activities, coordinate with architects, MEP and construction resources to support the build out of facilities, • Provide regular project status updates, track engineering tasks, and contribute to resource planning across multiple concurrent projects, • Continuously expand technical expertise through industry certifications, vendor training, and self-guided learning, • Mentor junior engineersWhat you’ll bring, • 12+ years of experience in leading M&E technical systems in client-facing roles such as pre-sales engineering, consulting, or managed services, • Experience at a large broadcasting media company and/or broadcast systems integrator acting as an Engineer In-charge, Lead Engineer or Design Engineer, • Deep knowledge of industry-standard video formats (HD, UHD, HDR) and IP-based video transport methods, including SDI, NDI and SMPTE 2110 standards, • Broad range of product knowledge and hands on experience with products spanning networking, routing , switching, PCR, Studio, MCR, Audio, Shading, CER, Ingest etc., • Hands-on experience with products from vendors like Cisco, Evertz, Arista, Ross, Imagine GVG, EVS, VizRT, Harmonic, Chyron, Crispin, Telestream etc., • Solid understanding of end-to-end media production workflows, including ingest, editing, finishing, delivery, and archiving processes, • Hands-on experience designing and integrating professional broadcast and AV technologies, • Deep knowledge of broadcast networking principles, Spine/Leaf, Monolithic, Hybrid, and design including functions including routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, DNS, and access control lists (ACLs), • Strong familiarity with broadcast industry tools, systems, and infrastructure commonly used in media and entertainment environments, • Clear grasp of media engineering project phases—from presales and planning through design, documentation, integration, and commissioning, • Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings and specs, with a general understanding of the construction process, • Organized approach to data handling, with some experience in data visualization, dashboard creation, or integration diagramming, • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud-based compute and storage solutions, • Proven ability to see engineering projects through from concept to completion, • Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities, • Understanding of broadcast orchestration platforms and resource management tools, • Strong working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux workstations and serversPreferred, • Experience in various operational workflows (Live Production, Studio Production, News, Playout, Distribution, OTT, VOD), • Understanding of Next Gen ATSC 3.0 transmission standard

Where You Will Work: Hudson Bay is a brand-new, all-female shelter in the Bronx housing 200 women aged 55 and older. About the Role: The Director of Program Operations (DPO) oversees the day-to-day operations of the shelter and supervises a team of Shift Supervisors, Residential Aides, and drivers. This role works in close coordination with the Program Director, Social Services, Maintenance, and Security teams. The DPO is responsible for implementing operational policies and procedures, training and supporting staff, managing schedules, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with all DHS shelter regulations. The Director also plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and effective work environment. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Oversee daily shelter operations, including access control, bed sign-in procedures, supply distribution, meal rosters, property storage, dorm inspections, logbooks, and incident reporting., • Ensure full compliance with the Callahan Consent Decree and all DHS shelter operational requirements., • Supervise and support Shift Supervisors, Residential Aides, and drivers to ensure safe, client-centered service delivery., • Maintain appropriate staffing coverage at all times, including emergencies, severe weather, and disaster situations., • Conduct regular supervision, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed., • Ensure staff receive required certifications and ongoing training, including Safe Crisis Management techniques., • Oversee contracted service providers (maintenance, security, food service, laundry, property management) and track vendor activity., • Manage ordering, inventory, and monthly audits of operational, building, and client supplies., • Ensure clients have timely access to meals, laundry, toiletries, and that food service meets NYC food safety standards., • Complete and monitor required DHS reporting, including BCS food service reports and CARES vacancy reporting., • Review and document incident reports, grievances, operational complaints, and follow-up actions., • Maintain compliance documentation, including fire safety records and the site’s critical binder., • Conduct building inspections with the Building Superintendent; track repairs, violations, and remediation., • Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, inspections, maintenance, and documentation., • Build strong relationships with internal teams, security staff, and external partners to support smooth shelter operations., • Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience: • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred., • Minimum of eight years of DHS shelter operations experience, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity., • Strong leadership, collaboration, and delegation skills with the ability to manage teams effectively., • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, including during crisis or emergency situations., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills, and comfort working with databases such as CARES., • Ability to utilize data and reporting tools to support compliance, track outcomes, and inform program decision-making., • Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred. Work Environment: This position operates within a homeless shelter serving individuals who may experience mental illness, substance use, disability, HIV/AIDS, and other chronic health conditions. Physical Demands: The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, stoop, or kneel, and must use hands for typing and handling materials.
