The Impact: As an investment accounting director, you will lead the investment accounting and controllership for derivatives across our various insurance and non-insurance entities, which entails ensuring the accuracy of the investment results across various derivative strategies on a GAAP and statutory basis. This position will also support continued process enhancements related to achieving an accelerated close that produces timely, accurate, and complete investment accounting results in an efficient manner. All candidates must, in addition to possessing the specific qualifications cited below, work efficiently within a complex, fast-paced, and evolving environment, and demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Create an environment whereby the team is inspired, engaged and motivated by opportunities to learn and grow, • Play a key role in leading a collaborative and inclusive culture by working closely with Investment Management Operations, Investment Managers, and other Controllers teams, • Manage the monthly reconciliations between the ledger and investment systems for derivatives ensuring the accuracy of the financial statement results as it relates to derivatives, • Oversee the preparation of monthly analytics report and present findings to various stakeholders on a monthly basis, • Responsible for review of footnotes and NAIC Schedule DB to ensure accuracy and timely completion., • Lead and execute process re-design efforts for derivatives in response to expanding investment strategies and enhance analytics supporting quarterly derivative results, • Support the Investment Office in implementing new hedging strategies and evolving accounting standards. Approximately 25% of new admissions per year to the NYC jail system will receive care on the mental health service. This service strives to provide safe, holistic and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for the diverse range of mental health issues that face the population, from serious mental illness to the natural struggles that accompany incarceration. The service provides some of the most comprehensive and unique treatment modalities in the country, including specialty housing units for individuals with serious mental illness, a 24-hour on-call psychiatric service, robust creative arts programming, a strong DBT training program, clinics in each of the facilities, substance use treatment, integrated re- entry services, and relationships with multiple training institutions throughout the city. Staff physicians provide primary care to patients in jail-based clinics, perform intake evaluation and treatment and provide emergency care with the support of Emergency Medicine physicians. End-to-End Campaign & Shoot Direction • Lead full creative direction for men’s photo and video shoots — campaign, editorial, lookbook, and e‑comm., • Oversee pre-production: casting, location scouting, set design, props, lighting direction, and shot lists., • Direct photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU, set designers, and digital techs on set. Cross-Functional Execution & Post-Production • Guide post-production: image selects, retouching, color grading, crop specs, and video edit passes., • Partner with Graphic Designers, Content/Social, and Production to ensure assets translate across print, retail, digital, social, and web., • Maintain visual consistency and high production quality across all touchpoints. What We’re Looking For • 6+ years in professional art direction, design, or creative agency experience, with a focus on menswear, streetwear, luxury fashion, or premium lifestyle retail, • Strong campaign + editorial experience, • On‑set leadership and production fluency, • Genuine passion for culture, fashion, photography, and contemporary design with elevated taste level and a decisive creative POV, • High taste level with a sharp eye for menswear, street culture, typography, and visual trends., • Innovative conceptual thinker with strong strategic instincts., • Exceptional presentation skills — articulate in pitching creative rationale., • Understanding of modern media formats, digital platforms, and technical shoot requirements.
