If you're a graduate with strong electronics training or a technician eager to grow, this is your opportunity to step into a high‑impact role. 🔧 What You’ll Do • Perform component‑level troubleshooting and repair of electrical components., • Conduct military‑grade electronics testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and more., • Troubleshoot and support temperature control and deicing systems used in major aircraft platforms., • Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation., • Document test findings, complete accurate data sheets, and write up non‑conformances., • Work hands‑on in a fast‑paced, collaborative engineering environment., • Dedicate 50–75% of your workday to testing and troubleshooting activities.✅ What You Bring, • 3+ years of Electrical Technician experience in aerospace or a military environment, • OR, • A graduate with formal military electronics training or an associate/technology degree in electrical engineering who is ready to dive in and learn quickly., • Proficiency with standard test equipment:, • • Oscilloscopes, • • Digital multimeters, • • Power supplies, • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, testing fundamentals, and safety protocols., • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams., • Strong communication skills for documenting test results, data sheets, and non‑conformances., • Must be able to work a full‑time, 40‑hour workweek.⭐ Preferred Qualifications, • BSEE or equivalent engineering degree., • Previous experience working with aerospace electronic systems, temperature controls, or deicing units.
