We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and courteous manner., • Provide product/service information, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving complaints., • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently., • Maintain customer records by updating account information., • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved., • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery., • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards., • High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or experience)., • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Proficient with computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)., • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
