Job Description TRC Talent is looking for a Warehouse Lead for our client in Kennesaw, GA! Position Summary: TRC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support the integration and ongoing management of a newly acquired business unit transitioning operations to Kennesaw, GA! Job details: • Location: Kennesaw, GA, • Support the overall management of warehouse operations in alignment with company policies, procedures, and vision, • Take ownership of the incoming business unit and ensure a smooth operational transition, • Direct, lead, and support warehouse personnel as needed while maintaining a hands-on presence, • Perform and oversee all warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, and returns, • Assist with and support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs as required, • Unload incoming inventory from trucks and ensure accurate put-away into designated locations, • Pick, stage, and verify inventory for shipment to customers and vendors, • Ensure all orders released for shipment are completed accurately and on time, • Perform inventory cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives, • Research missing or discrepant inventory to determine current locations and root causes, • Consolidate inventory to optimize warehouse space and efficiency, • Ensure product quality standards are met throughout all warehouse processes, • Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyQualifications:, • Proven experience in a warehouse lead, supervisor, or inventory control role, • Strong background in inventory control and inventory accuracy management, • Experience supervising or leading warehouse personnel in a hands-on environment, • Ability to operate forklift equipment (certification preferred or ability to obtain), • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a process-improvement mindset, • Professional, polished demeanor with a business-oriented approach, • Ability to understand and communicate the reasoning behind tasks and processesRequirements:, • Ability to work as a working manager leading by example while actively performing warehouse tasks, • Strong organizational and time-management skills, • Ability to track, analyze, and report operational and inventory data, • Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments, • Availability to start ASAPTRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
