Job DescriptionPosition Summary The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing product and materials. This role oversees receiving, labeling, staging, and shipping of hardware, hollow metal, and related materials while ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely delivery to support project and production operations. Duties and Responsibilities • Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments in ERP systems, • Operate forklift and other equipment to move, stage, and organize materials, • Label and mark materials for jobs, work orders, and change orders, • Prepare and ship materials using UPS, LTL, and other carriers, • Coordinate with Project Managers, Purchasing, and Production on order status, • Complete required shipping documentation and bills of lading, • File and track freight claims for damaged materials, • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, • Assist with inventory counts, local deliveries, and cross-department support as needed, • Follow all safety, PPE, OSHA, and company policiesQualifications, • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant warehouse/shipping experience, • Forklift experience preferred, • Basic computer and ERP skills, • Ability to read labels, measurements, and shipping documents, • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical demands of the role Hourly: $21-$23 Hours: Standard Business Hours This description outlines the general nature and responsibilities of the position and may be adjusted based on business or facility needs.
