Hospitality Marketing Manager Benefits & Compensation • $85,000–$95,000 per year base salary, • 401(k) with company matching, • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid time off and retirement plan, • Employee discounts, • Full-time, on-site position Hospitality Marketing Manager Requirements & Qualifications • 3 to 7+ years of experience in digital, social media, or content marketing, • Background in hospitality, catering, event venue, or related industry preferred, • Proven expertise running Facebook Ads and Google Ads, • Strong understanding of SEO, local search, and keyword strategy, • Experience managing business accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, • Skilled at creating content and filming on-site at live events, • Proficient in marketing budget management, performance tracking, and ROI analysis, • Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational abilities, • Willing and able to work weekends/evenings as needed, • Reliable transportation preferred Hospitality Marketing Manager Preferred Background & Skills • Experience marketing wedding venues, catering, or luxury hospitality, • Familiarity with analytics, dashboards, lead tracking, or CRM systems, • Experience with podcast promotion and basic photo/video editing, • Strong eye for branding and visual storytelling Hospitality Marketing Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and brand awareness for two event venues, • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, • Lead SEO efforts to increase organic visibility and website traffic, • Oversee all social media channels and create a monthly content calendar, • Film and edit short and long form content on-site during live events, • Coordinate social media posting, captions, and account activity, • Promote podcast and digital content across channels, • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI, • Align marketing activity with sales objectives and event calendars in partnership with internal teams
