Your role Allocated to our PT organization we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive team member in the function of Customer Service Desk – Cluster Europe As part of the Business Management Europe the CSD acts as contact person to customers and provide them with efficient and consistent customer service. Key activity is the order management. The CSD provides information on all customer inquiries along with the order management process. This is a permanent and full-time position to be based in El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona SPAIN. Key responsibilities: • Order processing – creation, availability checks, order confirmation, • Order processing – escalate unconfirmed items, check alternative solutions, express orders, • Order processing – frequent updates of delivery status to customers, • Order processing – internal clarification availability with other fulfillment/ scheduling, • Manage special order types – Sampling, FOC, Bulk shipments, TGDD flows, Consignment, • Manage all SD documents – provide order confirmation, delivery notes, certificates, e.g. COA, • Ensure data quality from order entry to invoice output – order completion, pricing accuracy, F2 creation, • Active role supporting other areas key to a healthy Supply Chain and Business Strategy: Overdues, Forecast Accuracy, Master Data, New Business, Inventory Management and Logistics., • Ensure business rule adherence – order lead times, MOV, Service segmentation, • Supports audit requirements and activities Profile: • Min 3 years of experience in the customer service ., • Good SAP knowledge (understanding of SD processing and SAP related tools)., • English and Spanish are a must. French is highly desirable., • Strong communication skills., • Customer oriented attitude., • Structural working., • Being flexible, open and proactive., • Team worker that effectively collaborates with internal & external parties ., • Coming from a chemical industry is a plus.
