At Noa's Talent Recruitment, we are recruiting an Account Manager for a major multinational company located in Paterna, Valencia As an Account Manager, your main challenge will be to commercialize a SaaS software portfolio to multinational companies seeking solutions for EDI, electronic invoicing, and tax compliance (VAT compliance, reporting, etc.). You will manage the entire sales cycle, positioning the company’s services at the core of each opportunity: from prospecting and solution presentations to contract negotiation and deal closure. This role is designed for candidates who want to build a long-term international career in sales, within a structured, technology-driven environment. Your Responsibilities Business Development & Sales • Identify new business opportunities through market research and account analysis., • Classify, segment, and prioritize potential clients in line with the sales plan and budget., • Contact prospective clients to deliver commercial presentations and software demonstrations., • Manage sales opportunities as they progress into active processes (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders)., • Manage your own client portfolio, ensuring long-term relationships and continuous value creation., • Expand existing accounts by promoting additional solutions through cross-selling strategies., • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and R&D teams to deliver high-quality demonstrations and commercial activities., • Work with clearly defined productivity KPIs that measure performance and support your professional development. Must-Have Requirements • University degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar)., • Strong interest in B2B SaaS sales and technology-driven solutions., • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver a clear, structured, and persuasive sales pitch., • Advanced level of English (professional working proficiency)., • Proactive attitude, strong willingness to learn, team-oriented mindset, and a results-driven approach., • Previous experience in direct SaaS sales (any sector)., • Familiarity with complex B2B sales cycles and autonomous sales management., • Advanced proficiency in one or more additional languages, especially:, • German, Croatian, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Turkish, Romanian, Lithuanian, Latvian, • Arabic, Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, • Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, • A role in a solid, international SaaS company with a long-term vision., • Exposure to multinational clients and global markets., • A structured sales environment with clear processes, KPIs, and career development paths., • Continuous training in technology, products, and international sales., • Professional growth opportunities within an international organization., • Relocation and career development in Valencia, Spain, one of Europe’s leading tech hubs with an outstanding quality of life.
