About the Role As a HubSpot Specialist, you will take full ownership of our HubSpot setup and continuously enhance it to ensure our customer-facing teams have the best tools and processes to succeed. You will also enable management to adopt best practices in utilizing data and insights to drive informed decisions. Reporting to our IT Director and collaborating closely with our Sales and Marketing Directors as well as the Head of Patient Care, you will be part of a Customer Excellence team of four people—a team full of knowledge, ambition, and energy. You will work daily with Sales, Customer support, and Marketing teams to maximize the impact of our tools and processes. Key Responsibilities As a HubSpot Specialist, you will: • Own the end-to-end setup, configuration, and continuous improvement of our HubSpot CRM, incl. the Marketing, Sales and Support modules., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into HubSpot solutions., • Analyze HubSpot data to deliver actionable insights based on marketing and sales KPIs, proactively advising management on trends and best practices., • Manage the integration between HubSpot and VRepro, our clinical system, optimizing the user experience through smart links and other solutions., • Design, build, and refine scalable processes within HubSpot to ensure accurate data, streamlined operations, and effective reporting., • Act as internal HubSpot functional expert and primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting, coordinating directly with HubSpot and other vendors as needed., • Support the creation of clear documentation, manuals, and training sessions to ensure high user adoption and process compliance. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you thrive on driving your own projects and enjoy improving systems and processes that make people’s work easier and more effective. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and bring a strong mix of technical understanding and business insight. You are fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English, both written and spoken. You also have an academic background in a relevant field—such as Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Technology Management—or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates your ability to work at the intersection of systems, data, and business needs. Required Experience • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including setup, customization, automation, dashboards and reporting., • Designing and managing service, sales, and marketing processes and workflows., • System integrations and data flow management between platforms., • Improving data structure and data quality to ensure accurate reporting, KPIs, and performance tracking., • Process design, documentation, and user training. Nice to Have • Developing custom-coded workflows in HubSpot (JavaScript and/or Python)., • Experience with other systems in our stack (VRepro, Power BI, SharePoint)., • Management of technical support and problem-solving., • Project and lifecycle management, including enhancements and updates. You love to collaborate and build trust with colleagues across the organization. We are looking for candidates based in the greater Alicante or Madrid regions, or those willing to relocate. You will be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely when it best suits you and your schedule.
