We're looking for an Area Manager to join our Central Operations team supporting Same Day delivery across EU markets. You'll lead a team of Shift Managers and Schedulers, driving performance through data-driven decision-making while building scalable processes and systems that balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking. In this role, you'll monitor real-time operations across the EU network, facilitate network-wide DBRs, and dive deep into delivery performance trends to identify gaps and implement corrective actions. Key job responsibilities As an Area Manager in Central Operations supporting Same Day, you will lead a team of Shift Managers and Schedulers to drive performance across the EU AMZL network.
