The Front Desk Manager owns each guest with whom they interact, follow up on experience and offering a seamless execution of premium service that is both exceptional and memorable. As a Manager in the Guest Relations Department, The Front Desk Manager is the liaison between the Front Desk Team and all Hotel and Marine Departments to support proactive anticipation to every guest’s needs and expectations. Qualifications:

Experience in handling and supervising 30+ Team Members in Guest Services Department.

Misión del puesto: Responsable de planificar, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de varios proyectos de construcción de principio a fin, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad establecidos por la empresa. Funciones principales: Coordinar y supervisar todas las fases del proyecto (planificación, ejecución, cierre). Elaborar y controlar cronogramas de obra, asegurando la progresión de cada proyecto. Control económico: seguimiento de presupuestos, certificaciones, desviaciones y cash-flow de obra. Gestión y coordinación con subcontratas, proveedores y técnicos externos. Revisión de planos, mediciones y documentación técnica para asegurar viabilidad y cumplimiento. Reporte periódico a la Dirección sobre avances, costes y posibles riesgos. Asegurar la calidad de los trabajos y el cumplimiento normativo (seguridad laboral, normativa urbanística, licencias). Resolver incidencias técnicas, económicas o de coordinación que surjan en el transcurso de las obras. Participar en reuniones de obra con clientes, arquitectos y dirección facultativa. Perfil requerido: Formación en Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de la Edificación, Ingeniería Civil o similar. Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años gestionando proyectos de construcción (preferiblemente residenciales y de alto nivel). Conocimiento sólido de control de costes, presupuestos y planificación de obra. Capacidad para coordinar varios proyectos en paralelo. Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y negociación con clientes y subcontratas. Manejo de software de gestión de obras y control de costes (TCQ, Presto, Excel avanzado o similares). Competencias clave: Organización y visión global del proyecto. Orientación a resultados y control financiero. Resolución de problemas bajo presión. Capacidad de negociación y gestión de equipos.
