Join our global team as a Product Marketing Manager in our Nutra Medical Business Unit, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of health solutions across nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and biomaterials. Your mission will be to lead the full lifecycle of health-related products—from development to market launch—ensuring strategic positioning, regulatory compliance, and commercial success. You will act as a key connector between R&D, production, regulatory, and commercial teams, driving innovation and growth in a highly regulated and competitive industry. Key responsibilities: • Manage product portfolio and lifecycle, adapting to market and regulatory changes, • Define product strategy: positioning, segmentation, value proposition, competitive differentiation, • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence in nutraceuticals and biomaterials, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Regulatory, Production, Marketing) for product development, • Create scientific marketing materials: technical sheets, clinical evidence, white papers, • Execute marketing mix strategies (online/offline), including digital campaigns, events, and PR, • Support sales teams with training, tools, and demand generation initiatives, • Represent the company at trade shows, congresses, and product launches, • Build relationships with KOLs and technical stakeholders, • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, chemistry (combined with Marketing studies background) or Marketing Bachelor ́s degree (combined with technical/scientific background), • Minimum 10 years' experience in product marketing within health-related industries (nutraceuticals, supplements, medical devices, pharma), • Strong knowledge of health regulations, claims, GMP, and certifications (FDA, EFSA, ANMAT), • Market analysis tools (quantitative & qualitative), • CRM, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, BI tools, e-learning platforms, • Product innovation methodologies (Agile, Stage Gate), • Functional ingredients, APIs, biomaterials (collagen, biopolymers, delivery systems), • Formulation of supplements, drugs, and medical devices, • Contribute to impactful projects with a global footprint., • Be part of a committed, international team working on innovation and continuous improvement., • Develop your career in a stable, growing company that invests in people and technology.
