Please take a closer look... ## Client Services Role – Allfunds The Client Services function on the Allfunds serves as the primary operational and relationship bridge between the B2B wealthtech ecosystem and its institutional clients, including asset managers, wealth managers, private banks, and distributors. The overarching goal is to deliver seamless fund execution, efficient onboarding, and consistent operational support.### Key Responsibilities **1. Relationship Management & Post-Onboarding Support * Main Point of Contact: Serve as the dedicated operational contact for institutional clients following their onboarding. • **Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term revenue stability. • **Reviews & Meetings: Lead regular operational reviews, SLA assessments, and client workshops to strengthen collaboration. **2. Client Onboarding & Asset Migration * Implementation Support: Partner with Sales and Compliance during scoping, setup, and configuration for new clients. • **Asset Migration: Manage the transfer of complex portfolios and fund shares into the Allfunds ecosystem. • **Due Diligence: Guide clients through platform training, operational due diligence, and KYC/AML documentation processes. **3. Operational Support & Problem Resolution * Issue Escalation: Oversee and resolve daily operational challenges, including trading anomalies, settlement breaks, and data discrepancies. • **Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with IT, Transfer Agencies, Fund Operations, Compliance, and Treasury to address complex queries. **4.
