Group reservation & events management: Process and coordinate rooming lists and ensure effective communication of information between departments. Create and manage group reservations in the Apaléo PMS, ensuring that all customer information required for billing is correctly entered. Collaborate with the Sales and F&B teams in organizing events and group bookings, from the initial inquiry to event completion.
