About the job Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento para nuestro hotel Eurostars Grand Marina 5* GL. ¿De qué serás responsable? · Identificar todos los equipos sujetos a mantenimiento. · Verificar y ejecutar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. · Inspeccionar el estado de las instalaciones, maquinaria y equipos. · Contactar y supervisar los servicios de mantenimiento subcontratados y el desarrollo de las inspecciones reglamentarias. · Ejecución de reparaciones básicas de mantenimiento corriente del edificio en coordinación con las necesidades transmitidas por los demás departamentos del hotel, así como de acuerdo con las necesidades encontradas tras la ejecución de los planes de mantenimiento preventivo. · Mantener informado a Dirección y al responsable de Mantenimiento de Zona sobre el estado de las instalaciones y maquinarias, del comportamiento de proveedores y empresas de mantenimiento subcontratadas ¿Qué buscamos? • Conocimientos en fontanería general del edificio, instalaciones eléctricas, instalaciones de Protección Contra Incendios, detección de averías, instalaciones de climatización y producción de Agua Caliente Sanitaria., • Conocimientos sobre control y prevención de legionela. Buscamos personal de mantenimiento para realizar trabajos esporádicos como autónomo. Las tareas a realizar serán las siguientes: • Trabajos de pintura, • Fontanería básica, • Desatascos de tuberías, • Limpieza de filtros, • Electricidad básica, • Cambios de lámparas y bombillas Se utilizará para cubrir el mantenimiento que pueda conllevar unos restaurantes. Indispensable que tenga la documentación de Autónomo en regla, abstenerse los candidatos que no puedan acreditarlo.

Buscamos a alguien con experiencia demostrable en mantenimiento general, preferiblemente en entornos deportivos o con alto tránsito de personas. Deberás ser una persona polivalente, capaz de abordar diversas tareas y con una orientación clara a la resolución de problemas. La disponibilidad y flexibilidad horaria son clave para poder cubrir las necesidades de nuestras instalaciones. ¿Cuáles Serán Tus Funciones? Como parte de nuestro equipo de mantenimiento, tus responsabilidades incluirán, entre otras: Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones: vestuarios, salas, oficinas, zonas comunes, etc. Revisión y puesta a punto de equipamiento deportivo. Realización de pequeñas reparaciones de fontanería, electricidad, carpintería y albañilería. Supervisión y mantenimiento de sistemas de climatización, iluminación y seguridad. Gestión de incidencias y avisos de averías o desperfectos. Colaboración con otros departamentos para asegurar el buen funcionamiento general. Mantenimiento de los espacios exteriores (jardines, pistas, piscina.) Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Requisitos Mínimos Experiencia previa en mantenimiento (valorable en instalaciones deportivas). Conocimientos básicos en fontanería, electricidad, carpintería y/o albañilería. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo. Persona organizada, meticulosa y con iniciativa.
