Your role We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate individual to join our team. As an Operations Specialist, you will be mainly responsible for Hotel Robson and reporting directly to the Spain Operation Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company. Your Responsibilities: - Administrative Support: Manage documentation, keep records updated, and assist in preparing operational reports. - Operational Execution: Implement plans, monitor progress, and ensure tasks are completed on time. - Facility Management: Perform routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and facility inspections, reporting issues as needed. - Customer Interaction: Handle check-ins/outs, provide guest assistance, and share local information. - Breakfast & Bar Oversight: Prepare and serve breakfast, manage the bar area, and monitor inventory. - Team Coordination: Support task distribution, supervise on-site activities, and assist with training new employees. - Communication: Relay guidelines, report incidents, and ensure clear staff coordination. - Logistics: Manage supplies, transport equipment, and support overall site needs. What do you bring to your trip - Degree in Tourism or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Tourism sector. - Native Spanish and professional-level English. - Schedule 5 days a week from 10h to 19h. - Rotating weekends (2 weekends per month). - Driver's license: B license. - Good level of computer skills. - Willingness to take on challenges in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. - Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box, and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment. - Passionate, proactive, hands-on, dynamic, and energetic. - Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changes. - Confident working in cross-functional teams. - Comfortable in a start-up environment. Sus principales funciones serán: · Supervisar y hacer seguimiento del cumplimiento de los check lists de apertura y cierre del bar. · Realizar inventarios y control de stocks, asegurando los productos y materiales necesarios para el desarrollo fluido de la gestión del departamento. · Asegurar el control y registros diarios de APPCC. · Asegurar que el equipo cumpla con los procedimientos y estándares de servicio, ofreciendo un excelente servicio al cliente. · Ofrecer una atención personalizada a los clientes, resolviendo proactivamente cualquier necesidad y/o incidencia que pudieran tener. · Asegurar que el equipo cumpla con la preparación y presentación de las bebidas en base al recetario corporativo. · Realizar los horarios del departamento en base a las necesidades y ocupación del hotel.
