ABOUT THE ROLE This strategic role integrates digital marketing, data analytics, and logistics to maximize conversions in a highly competitive, price‑transparent market characterized by bulky shipments. Reporting to Vicente Sánchez, Managing Director of Teka/Midea Spain, and the role will initially lead a team of 2-3. A great opportunity for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building from scratch. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop e-commerce strategies to increase sales, including SEO/SEM campaigns tailored to searches like “best appliance deals.”, • Manage inventory and logistics for large products, coordinating stock, shipping, and returns to avoid stockouts or delays., • Optimize the website for user experience (UX), with detailed product pages, filters by brand/model, and personalized recommendations., • Analyze KPIs such as conversion rate, cart abandonment rate, and campaign ROI, using tools like Google Analytics., • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and suppliers on seasonal promotions (e.g., Black Friday for appliances). KEY REQUIREMENTS Academic and Language requirements • Bachelor’s degree or higher required., • Native Spanish speaker, with English proficiency in C2 level (tests will be administered). Experience • Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in the functions described in the e-commerce area, preferably in leading sectors related to e-commerce in the domestic or international market., • Leadership experience of managing multidisciplinary teams (marketing, logistics, customer service). Technical skills • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and marketplaces such as Amazon to synchronize appliance catalogs., • Inventory and logistics management, including stock tracking and optimization of bulk shipments to minimize returns., • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and tools such as Google Analytics to position products based on technical specifications. Analytical and strategic skills • Data analysis (KPIs such as conversion, abandoned cart, ROI) to inform decisions based on seasonal sales trends., • Digital marketing: social media campaigns, email marketing, and remarketing tailored to repeat appliance customers., • Strategic thinking and market vision to anticipate demands such as energy-efficient appliances. Soft skills • Customer orientation and problem-solving, key to handling inquiries about installation or warranties., • Adaptability and creativity to innovate in promotions and UX/UI in a competitive sector., • Personal qualities, • Proactive, Decisive, and Flexible and comfortable working in international environments with high quality standards.
