📍This position is for our restaurant in Fuengirola, Oro Negro. Located at Calle Marconi 9. Mediterranean food cooked over charcoal. It’s a small team, and everyone in it carries weight. What the job involves - You’re the face of the restaurant during service — welcoming guests, reading the table, and making people feel looked after from the moment they walk in ∙ You know the menu and the wine list well enough to guide people through it — recommendations, upselling, pairings — done naturally, not mechanically ∙ You take orders, manage your section, and keep service moving without needing to be told what needs doing next ∙ You’re comfortable behind the bar when needed, and you chip in on whatever the team needs — including closing tasks and cleaning ∙ You work with a POS system and handle the basics of service tech without it slowing you down What we’re looking for ∙ Fluent in English and Spanish — you’ll be working with international guests daily, and the level has to be there ∙ Someone who knows how to create an experience, not just complete a transaction — warm, present, and professional without being stiff ∙ Experience in a table service restaurant — you know the rhythm of a shift and you don’t need to be hand-held through it ∙ Comfortable doing a bit of everything — this is a small operation and the role reflects that ∙ Reliable and conscientious. Situado en Calle Marconi 9. Cocina mediterránea al carbón. El equipo es pequeño, y cada persona en él tiene peso real. En qué consiste el trabajo ∙ Eres la cara del restaurante durante el servicio — recibir a los clientes, leer la mesa, y hacer que la gente se sienta bien atendida desde que entra por la puerta ∙ Conoces la carta y la lista de vinos lo suficientemente bien como para orientar — recomendaciones, sugerencias, maridajes — de forma natural, no mecánica ∙ Tomas pedidos, gestionas tu sección y mantienes el ritmo del servicio sin esperar a que te digan lo que hay que hacer ∙ Te desenvuelves en la barra cuando hace falta, y arrimas el hombro en lo que necesite el equipo — incluidas las tareas de cierre y limpieza ∙ Trabajas con TPV y manejas lo básico sin que la tecnología te frene Qué buscamos ∙ Inglés y español fluidos — trabajarás con clientes internacionales a diario, y el nivel tiene que estar ∙ Alguien que sepa crear una experiencia, no solo completar una transacción — cercano/a, atento/a y profesional sin resultar rígido/a ∙ Experiencia en servicio de mesa — conoces el ritmo de un servicio y no necesitas que te lleven de la mano ∙ Cómodo/a haciendo de todo — esto es una operación pequeña y el rol lo refleja ∙ Fiable y responsable.
