Cathay Pacific Airways, Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa, etc. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our airport lounge's food and beverage department. As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high-quality standards, managing a team, and optimizing operational efficiency. Team Leadership and Management: Supervise and lead a team of F&B staff, including servers, bartenders and lounge hosts Assign duties, provide training, and ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet service requirements. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members. Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues through appropriate measures. Guest Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service by interacting with lounge guests, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. Oversee the efficient operation of the lounge's food and beverage services, including the dining area, bar, and kitchen. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure the timely preparation, presentation, and quality of food and beverages. Monitor inventory levels, track consumption, and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels. Quality Control and Compliance: Stay updated on industry trends, new regulations, and licensing requirements related to food and beverage service. Financial Management: Assist in budget planning and control by monitoring expenses, optimizing cost-efficiency, and minimizing wastage. Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with the management team to develop pricing strategies and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth. Assist the manager with menu engineering and PnL analysis. Liaise with other departments, such as lounge management, kitchen staff, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities, special events, and menu planning. Any other service related task assigned by line manager. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in an airport lounge, hotel, or upscale restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry best practices. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for providing memorable guest experiences. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing a diverse team. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Proficiency in computer systems, including point-of-sale (POS) systems and MS Office Suite.Good command of spoken and written in English Shift duty is required
