Desde Eurofirms seleccionamos para importante empresa del sector seguros ubicada en la zona del IFEMA, Madrid, un/a sales operations & data specialist para realizar las tareas siguientes: - Generar, identificar y cualificar nuevos leads B2B, utilizando diversas fuentes de datos y herramientas de prospección. - Enriquecer y personalizar la información de los leads mediante el uso de IA y herramientas de automatización. - Gestionar y organizar los datos de prospectos en Dynamics CRM y otros sistemas ERP de la empresa. - Trabajar con herramientas de enriquecimiento de datos para obtener información clave sobre los prospectos y optimizar la generación de leads. - Colaborar con el equipo y dirección de ventas. - Desarrollar informes detallados sobre el pipeline y eficiencia de ventas, utilizando los datos del CRM, y proporcionar recomendaciones de mejora - Participar activamente en la mejora de procesos internos, adaptando nuevas soluciones tecnológicas que optimicen la eficiencia en la gestión de datos y la organización de prospectos dentro de la empresa. - Entre otras tareas propias del puesto. Requisitos: - Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en roles relacionados con la lead generation, market research o Sales Operations. - Experiencia trabajando con CRM (idealmente Dynamics). - Buscamos a una persona con capacidad para aplicar herramientas de IA para ventas y bases de datos y fuertes habilidades analíticas para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos. - Formación en IA y Big Data o relacionada. Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across our brands. This is a strategic leadership position with a hands-on execution component. You will be responsible for shaping and executing multi-brand marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing brand consistency, and leading a small team to achieve the goals. The role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, experienced in the events sector, and passionate about building brands from the inside out. Key Responsibilities Brand Management: Own and develop the identity, tone, and strategy of each event brand. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints (online & offline). Conceptualize and execute branding campaigns, collaborations, and seasonal pushes and special events. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies (online & offline) to drive awareness, ticket sales, and engagement. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid ads, influencer partnerships). Optimize and oversee content creation: visual direction, social media, promotional videos, etc. Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs and business goals. Team & Project Management Lead and coordinate a small team, freelancers, and creative collaborators. Collaborate closely with operations, production, and sales teams to align on strategy and execution. Create timelines, assign tasks, and ensure delivery of all marketing assets on time and on brand. Hands-On Involvement Actively participate in the day-to-day execution of marketing tasks (content creation, social posts, ad setup, website updates). Be present and involved in events when needed for content capture, brand supervision, or on-site initiatives. Requirements 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications (ideally within nightlife, entertainment, events, or lifestyle sectors). Proven experience managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously. Strong creative instincts and visual understanding of nightlife/event/lifestyle branding. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Fluent in English; Spanish is a big plus.
