Full-time Essential Duties and tasks: - We are looking for a person living in Madrid. The ideal candidate would be as follows: - 5-10 years of experience in banking and finance, or a related industry. Ideally candidate should be coming from one of the "Big Four", as Deloitte, PwC, EY and KPMG - Meticulous. Ability to identify client/supplier information and supporting documents at once. - Ability to work in coordination with remote teams located in different countries. - Check accounting documents and identify conflicts or issues at once. - Prepare ad-hoc financial presentations. Well-versed with business process evaluation, documentation, compliance, and control ensuring that our purchase and sales contracts are accurately posted. - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. Collect, validate, and update all information that is directly related to the company business and coordinate with the accountants, ensuring correct posting. - Liaise with External Auditors on annual audit requirements/deadlines, being the supporting person with audits and our audit company. - Work with the Logistic department on a daily basis to ensure smooth execution of all trade operations. - Provide to owners data and necessary analysis related to the financial budget and keep up to date with trade information and trading budgets. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 1. Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance or accounting or similar. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and financing banks. Other languages are a plus. 3. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook) 4. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. 5. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. 6. Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across our brands. This is a strategic leadership position with a hands-on execution component. You will be responsible for shaping and executing multi-brand marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing brand consistency, and leading a small team to achieve the goals. The role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, experienced in the events sector, and passionate about building brands from the inside out. Key Responsibilities Brand Management: Own and develop the identity, tone, and strategy of each event brand. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints (online & offline). Conceptualize and execute branding campaigns, collaborations, and seasonal pushes and special events. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies (online & offline) to drive awareness, ticket sales, and engagement. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid ads, influencer partnerships). Optimize and oversee content creation: visual direction, social media, promotional videos, etc. Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs and business goals. Team & Project Management Lead and coordinate a small team, freelancers, and creative collaborators. Requirements 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications (ideally within nightlife, entertainment, events, or lifestyle sectors). Proven experience managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously. Strong creative instincts and visual understanding of nightlife/event/lifestyle branding. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Fluent in English; Spanish is a big plus.
