What are we looking for We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce & Ads Manager to grow our brand through our B2C websites Responsibilities • Weekly monitoring and analysis of online sales on major e-commerce platforms in Germany, • Price, margin, and stock control in coordination with the product department, • Ideation, creation, and execution of an online content plan (Web, Social Media, Email) with support from the creative department—both for regular activities and key promotional events (e.g., Summer Sales, Black Friday, Christmas), • Planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads & Google Ads) aligned with sales goals and content strategy, • Coordination of local warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipment management, and return verification Must have • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or Advertising, • Junior profile, maximum 3 years of experience, • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple brands simultaneously, • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data, • Self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on sales goals, • Fast execution and clear communication with design teams and marketplace managers, • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, • Native German speaker with preferably an advanced level of English or Spanish, • Strong teamwork skills Nice to have • Experience in eCommerce roles, ideally in the home appliance industry, • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, particularly Allegro, • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, Allegro Ads.
