Nuestro cliente es Montrubí, una bodega boutique ubicada en el Alt Penedès, reconocida por su enfoque sostenible, su elaboración artesanal y la autenticidad de sus vinos. Buscamos incorporar un/a Gestor Comercial de Vinos para impulsar las ventas en el canal Horeca, así como en distribuidores y venta directa al cliente final en el mercado nacional. Funciones principales • Prospección, captación y fidelización de clientes en el canal Horeca (restaurantes, hoteles, vinotecas, etc.)., • Desarrollo y gestión de relaciones con distribuidores nacionales., • Impulso de la venta directa y participación en eventos, ferias o catas para dar visibilidad a la marca., • Seguimiento de cuentas de exportación, apoyo en negociaciones y coordinación con importadores., • Negociación de condiciones comerciales y seguimiento de los acuerdos alcanzados., • Planificación eficiente de las visitas comerciales y seguimiento de KPI’s., • Análisis del mercado, detección de oportunidades y propuesta de acciones para potenciar la presencia de Montrubí. Perfil buscado • Formación en Comercio, Marketing, ADE o similar., • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el sector vinícola, preferiblemente gestionando el canal Horeca., • Conocimiento y pasión por el mundo del vino., • Persona autónoma, organizada y orientada a resultados, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación., • Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazamientos dentro del territorio nacional.
