A leading company in the offshore wind sector, specialized in large-scale industrial projects, heavy structural fabrication, and marine energy, is looking to appoint a Quality & Site Coordination Manager for its facilities in Cádiz. This is a strategic position with overall responsibility for quality management, coordination of Site Managers, supervision of key subcontractors, and direct interaction with clients and certification bodies. We are looking for someone with a strong shopfloor presence, solid technical leadership skills, and proven experience managing multiple work fronts in demanding industrial environments. Role Purpose Lead the overall coordination of quality and execution activities in structural fabrication projects for offshore wind, ensuring full compliance with technical standards, contractual deadlines, and client requirements. This person will also be responsible for coordinating all Site Managers across the group, aligning operational criteria, progress tracking, production priorities, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Operational Coordination & Site Management • Coordinate the activities of the different Site Managers assigned to projects and production facilities., • Align reporting, priorities, planning, and execution follow-up., • Identify deviations and implement immediate corrective actions., • Lead all quality requirements related to major structural subcontractors., • Act as the link between on-site QA/QC teams, clients, and certification bodies., • Supervise inspections, audits, non-conformities, and corrective action plans., • Coordinate quality documentation with subcontractors and Document Control., • Review dossiers, FRBs, traceability records, and final handover documentation., • Participate in regular meetings with clients and contractors., • Manage technical claims and supporting documentation., • Monitor and improve KPIs agreed with subcontractors., • Provide executive reporting to Project Management., • Identify operational improvements within production processes. Required Profile • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or similar., • +10 years of experience in heavy industrial / offshore / renewable energy projects., • Strong experience in heavy steel structural fabrication., • Experience in offshore wind projects (monopiles, jackets, foundations, substations, or similar)., • Direct management of industrial subcontractors and external workshops., • Experience coordinating multiple teams / Site Managers., • Strong knowledge of QA/QC, welding, traceability, ITPs, and final dossiers., • Experience dealing with end clients and international certification bodies., • High level of English., • Strong leadership skills, high standards, and decision-making ability under pressure.
