Para dar vida a nuestra visión, buscamos un Chef / Brand Chef que colabore con nosotros. Tu misión Diseñar y elevar un menú de estilo tapas que combine a la perfección con nuestra selección de vinos, ofreciendo platos creativos y accesibles que enriquezcan la experiencia de nuestros clientes. Responsabilidades • Desarrollar y diseñar el menú completo, alineado con principios de maridaje., • Crear fichas técnicas detalladas de cada plato., • Proponer proveedores y definir la selección de productos., • Establecer el flujo de trabajo en cocina y necesidades de equipamiento., • Formar al futuro personal de cocina (si aplica)., • Garantizar calidad, control de costes y consistencia. Opciones de colaboración Ofrecemos dos modalidades de colaboración: • Chef Consultor – Desarrollar el menú, crear fichas técnicas y capacitar al personal., • Chef Residente – Todo lo anterior, además de liderar la cocina de manera continua. Lo que buscamos • Experiencia en cocina creativa y/o conceptos de wine bar / tapas., • Conocimiento de maridajes y sabores mediterráneos., • Experiencia en desarrollo de menús y control de costes., • Imprescindible inglés fluido., • Ruso o ucraniano se valorarán como un plus., • Pasión por la gastronomía, creatividad y hospitalidad.

Job Description Manage and oversee SPA & Wellness operations Ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently. Implement inventory control procedures to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained. Develop budgets and short to long range strategic planning for the operation of the spa. Develop the spa's standard operating procedures and policies. Work with the Sales & Marketing team regarding all aspects of spa promotions. Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and sales techniques. Understands the impact of department operations on the overall financial goals and objectives of the property and manages to meet or exceed budgeted goals. Sets a positive example in customer relations. Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels. Addresses customer problems and complaints. Motivates employees to provide excellent customer service. Emphasizes customer satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement. Strives to improve service performance. Maintains a close relationship with the teams, always listening to identify and address employee issues or concerns and escalate them to the Director of Spa. Drives the continuous training program so that employees receive adequate training to successfully perform their jobs. Ensures compliance with operating policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality Management Two years experience in a same role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural team or 5 years as SPA Manager Advanced level of English and Spanish.
