Qué harás → Gestionar y hacer crecer el CRM — principalmente HubSpot — desde su implementación hasta su optimización → Crear y mantener dashboards e informes en Power BI para hacer seguimiento del pipeline, el rendimiento y el crecimiento → Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para gestionar y mejorar el pipeline de leads → Generar y cualificar nuevos leads mediante estrategias basadas en datos → Apoyar iniciativas de marketing digital — campañas, segmentación, seguimiento de rendimiento → Ayudar a construir y lanzar la web de Driven Properties en Webflow → Identificar ineficiencias y optimizar procesos en ventas y marketing → Colaborar con equipos internacionales en múltiples mercados → Estar siempre un paso por delante en herramientas de IA y traer ideas nuevas a la mesa — constantemente Qué buscamos ✓ Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en un puesto de CRM, datos o marketing digital ✓ Conocimiento experto de HubSpot — implementación y gestión, no solo uso básico ✓ Dominio sólido de Power BI — creas dashboards, no solo los lees ✓ Inglés excelente — escrito y hablado, imprescindible. About Driven Driven Properties is a design-led real estate commercialiser operating alongside LAMAR Development — one of Europe's most ambitious luxury property groups. We work with international buyers, premium developers, and world-class architects. Our team is lean, fast, and hungry to build something great. What you'll do → Own and manage the CRM — primarily HubSpot — from implementation to optimisation → Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to track pipeline, performance, and growth → Work closely with the sales team to manage and improve the lead pipeline → Generate and qualify new leads through data-driven strategies → Support digital marketing initiatives — campaigns, targeting, performance tracking → Help build and launch the Driven Properties website on Webflow → Identify inefficiencies and optimise processes across sales and marketing → Collaborate with international teams across multiple markets → Stay ahead of AI tools and bring new ideas to the table — constantly What we're looking for ✓ Minimum 5 years of experience in a CRM, data, or digital marketing role ✓ Expert-level HubSpot knowledge — implementation and management, not just basic use ✓ Strong Power BI skills — you build dashboards, not just read them ✓ Excellent English — written and spoken, non-negotiable.
