This role supports enterprise‑level database solutions across on‑premises and cloud environments, helping our clients optimize performance, security, and scalability. • Design, implement, and manage Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases for high‑performance applications., • Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and index management for both SQL Server and Oracle databases., • Administer and support Azure SQL Server and Azure Managed Instance, ensuring security, high availability, and scalability., • Develop and maintain SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) solutions., • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve database performance issues, replication failures, and security vulnerabilities., • Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures., • Manage backup and disaster recovery strategies, including database replication, mirroring, and failover clustering., • Implement database security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards., • Lead cross‑functional teams on database migrations, upgrades, and cloud adoption strategies., • Provide technical mentorship to junior database engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team., • 10+ years of experience in database engineering, administration, and performance tuning., • Strong expertise in Oracle (PL/SQL, indexing, partitioning) and Microsoft SQL Server (T‑SQL, stored procedures, indexing)., • Hands‑on experience with Azure SQL Server, Azure Managed Instance, and cloud‑based database solutions., • Proficiency in SSRS and SSIS., • Advanced SQL query optimization, execution plan analysis, and performance tuning skills., • Experience with high‑availability configurations (Always On, clustering, replication, log shipping)., • Knowledge of database security, auditing, and compliance., • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in complex database environments., • Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration experience., • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional are preferred., • Experience with cloud‑native database solutions and database automation., • Familiarity with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines for database deployments., • Understanding of NoSQL databases and hybrid cloud environments., • 23 days of annual leave, plus discretionary days on 24th and 31st December., • Health Care Plan, Internet Connectivity, Life and Accident Insurances., • Flexible remuneration program (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Health Care Plan)., • Free access to several training platforms., • Professional stability and career plans., • Referral bonus program., • Option to choose between 12 or 14 payments throughout the year., • Work‑life balance measures: remote work policy, flexible hours during summer.
