About the job Responsibilities :
Perform opening and closing duties
Fill in opening and closing check list
Perform set up : Break down of the restaurant & Organise and fill stations before service
Ensure that service is up to Jul's standards
Ensure highest standard of service at all time
Greet and possibly welcome the guest
Explain menu to detail, If costumer request
Ask for allergies when taking order
Suggestive upselling
Once order taken, post it to EPOS system
Introduce food when serve to guest
Offer salt and pepper to serve
Clean table, replace plates and silverware whenever needed
Keep friendly atmosphere at all time
If there is any inquiry for booking, liaise with reception or manager
Communicate with runners and manager in charge all time
Guide and help runners
