The IT SuccessFactors Support Expert ensures the stable operation, service quality, and continuous improvement of the SAP Success Factors landscape from an IT perspective while enabling HR to deliver efficient, compliant, and employee‑centric people processes. This role bridges IT and HR, safeguards system integrity, supports the digital HR strategy, and ensures that technology effectively enables workforce planning, talent development, and organizational performance. End‑to‑End IT Service Ownership of the Entire SuccessFactors Platform • Ensure the stable, secure, and high‑quality operation of the full SAP SuccessFactors suite all environments, covering all implemented modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development, and any additional Talent or HR Core components. Oversee the full-service lifecycle, continuously monitor system performance, and coordinate efficient incidents, problems, and request resolution following ITIL service management practices., • Manage and supervise all functional and technical configuration elements across the platform, including data models, role‑based permissions, foundation objects, workflows, and module‑specific settings. Ensure that configuration aligns with global HR processes, internal IT governance frameworks, and architectural standards while maintaining consistency and compliance across modules and regions., • Contribute expertise to the design and execution of transformation roadmaps transitioning from SAP HCM on‑premise to SuccessFactors. Support data migration planning, module deployment sequencing, process harmonization, and solution design. Collaborate with project teams to ensure a seamless and technically sound migration aligned with long‑term HR technology strategy., • Act as the key technical liaison between IT, HR, external partners, and implementation teams. Translate business requirements into feasible, scalable system solutions and provide expert advice across all SuccessFactors modules. Communicate system changes and impacts clearly to stakeholders and ensure technical decisions align with business strategy and operational excellence., • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, IT, or related field, • Minimum 5+ years of experience as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) expert, supporting SAP HCM → SuccessFactors migration initiatives and after maintenance., • Deep experience administering and supporting the full SAP Success Factors suite, preferably with all the modules., • Strong understanding of integration technologies: SAP CPI, APIs, SFTP, SAP BTP components, and identity technologies via Entra ID (Azure AD) and IAS/IPS., • Experience supporting SAP HCM → Success Factors migration initiatives and after maintenance., • Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL)., • SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certifications (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development)., • SAP BTP / SAP Integration Suite (C_CPI) Certification., • ITIL Foundation Certification., • Microsoft Identity / Entra ID Certifications (e.g., Identity & Access Administrator)., • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex HR/IT environment., • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken) – C1 ; German or Spanish is an advantage., • Adaptability, flexibility, and strong intercultural sensitivity., • Cross‑cultural collaboration, with the ability to manage and coordinate with diverse stakeholders across GDELS.
