Reportes de desviaciones y análisis de coste por categoría/proveedor. Cumplimiento normativo Seguimiento de certificados del buque y tripulación y coordinación de renovaciones. Soporte documental en ISM, ISPS y MLC 2006. Custodia de la confidencialidad de armador, invitados y políticas internas. Soporte operativo Coordinación de itinerarios, amarres, bunkering, varadas y servicios en puerto. Seguimiento de inventarios, mantenimiento y entregables de proveedores. Atención a solicitudes del armador/charter y reporte de incidencias al Yacht Manager. Apoyo en planificación de temporadas (Med / Middle East / Caribe). ¿QUÉ NECESITAMOS? 3–5 años en funciones administrativas en yachting, naviera, consignataria, astillero o entorno marítimo. Experiencia en yacht management o con capitanes/armadores (valorable). Español e inglés profesional (C1). Otros idiomas, un plus. Excel avanzado y dominio de Microsoft 365. Experiencia con portales de tripulación y plataformas de e-certificados.
