Un perfil de cocinero/a con experiencia mínima de 5 años en puestos de dirección en cocina gastronómica. Experiencia en Restaurantes estrella michelín o de alto nivel de exigencia. • Alta capacidad de liderazgo y organización de equipos., • Dominio técnico de cocina a la parrilla y técnicas culinarias contemporáneas., • Sensibilidad creativa, orientación al detalle y búsqueda constante de la excelencia., • Experiencia previa en gestión operativa de cocina y control de costes de materia prima y de personal., • Habilidades ofimáticas., • Habilidad para trabajar de forma transversal con dirección, sala y proveedores., • Liderar un equipo de cocina formado por entre 5 y 15 profesionales., • Supervisar toda la operativa gastronómica: producción, planificación de servicios y control de calidad., • Control riguroso de costes de materia prima, planificación de producciones, escandallos y fichas técnicas., • Gestión de horarios en función de la demanda., • Asegurar el uso eficiente de herramientas como REVO y TSpoonLab., • Estar presente en los servicios, en contacto directo con la operativa., • Impulsar la mejora continua de la carta: técnica, creatividad y sensibilidad gastronómica., • Una carrera profesional y mejoras continuas en las condiciones según resultados., • Contrato indefinido., • Horario flexible, • Ser parte de un proyecto único y apasionante., • Salario : primer año 32K, segundo año 36K y 40K el tercero+variables todos los años.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES: • Supervisar todas las operaciones de la cocina, garantizando la calidad y la presentación de los alimentos., • Coordinar y liderar al equipo de cocina, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares operativos de manera eficiente., • Organizar y dirigir el flujo de trabajo en la cocina, asegurando que los tiempos de preparación y entrega sean óptimos., • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de higiene, seguridad alimentaria y calidad en todos los procesos culinarios., • Controlar inventarios de consumos y gestionar la reposición de productos de manera eficiente., • Supervisar la formación continua del equipo de cocina, garantizando el desarrollo y perfeccionamiento de sus habilidades. REQUISITOS: • Experiencia mínima al menos 2 años de experiencia en cargos operativos en un puesto de liderazgo en un hotel o restaurante, • Perfil operativo, con enfoque en la gestión de la cocina , operaciones diarias, • Conocimiento en gestión de inventarios, control de costos y manejo de proveedores., • Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y coordinar un equipo de trabajo eficiente., • Conocimiento y cumplimiento de normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
