We are a leading company in automotive and industrial design, working closely with Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs. Join our high-performance teams and contribute to full-cycle product development—from initial concept to production launch. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent (e.g., HNC/HND/FP with relevant experience)., • Minimum 4 years of automotive CAD design experience, ideally with injection-molded plastic or stamped metal parts. Technical & Software Skills • Expert-level proficiency in CATIA V5, including 3D modeling, surfacing (MDS/HD2), assemblies, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), and 2D drawings., • Strong experience with PLM/PDM systems—managing BOMs, variant and revision control (Stammbau‑M/PDM Sheets). Manufacturing & Quality Knowledge • Solid understanding of automotive processes: injection molding, stamping, CNC machining, assembly, and OEM-level tolerances., • Familiarity with quality methodologies and industry standards such as PPAP, APQP, and IATF 16949. Validation & Prototyping • Hands-on experience in preparing cubings and prototypes, conducting validation trials, interpreting results, and tracking corrective actions through industrialization.
