Nuevo club de realidad virtual WARPOINT ARENA BARCELONA esta buscando un administrador(a) / gerente de ventas CARISMÁTICO para unirse a su equipo! Este puesto es a media hornada en los primeros 2-4 meses, después hay posibilidades de trabajar a hornada completa! WARPOINT ARENA son competiciones de equipos entre jugadores reales en una arena virtual (5 vs 5). Es el equivalente moderno del laser tag y el paintball. Si deseas trabajar en una empresa de tecnología de la información que se dedica al desarrollo de tecnologías de realidad virtual y aumentada, y al mismo tiempo crear contenido de eventos interesantes, ¡entonces te estamos buscando! Responsabilidades: - Comunicación con los clientes (Recibir a los clientes en nuestra arena,responder llamadas y mensajes, consultar sobre los servicios y productos, resolver situaciones controvertidas y conflictos etc) - Ventas adicionales de productos y servicios relacionados. - Venta de eventos. - Realizar reservas y aceptar pagos (Trabajar con el sistema de reservas y con el sistema CRM, trabajar con una caja registradora: generar y emitir cheques, transacciones en efectivo, etc) - Interacción con otros empleados de WARPOINT (Seguimiento de la disciplina y apariencia de los empleados: rellenar informes, listas de verificación, enviarlos al gerente, ayudar a preparar el lugar para el evento) - Mantener la funcionalidad de WARPOINT (limpieza, control de disponibilidad de productos, control de la disponibilidad de consumibles, apertura y cierre del local) Requisitos: - Buscamos a una persona con marcados dotes comerciales, amable y detallista, con una alta preocupación por la excelencia en atención al cliente - Habilidad para comunicarse. Es importante poder motivar a los clientes potenciales para que vengan a nuestra arena - Empatía. Trabajar con clientes implica no solo hablar, sino también establecer rápidamente contacto con cualquier persona, escuchar, comprender y mostrar preocupación. - Precisión. Habilidad para trabajar con dinero - Team Player. Habilidad para trabajar en equipo - Conocimiento medio-avanzado de informática. - Será necesario un nivel nativo de castellano, siendo valorable aportar un buen nivel de inglés, francés y/o alemán.
