Como Ayudante de cocina en Pastelería, us responsabilidades pueden incluir: - Realizar el emplatado de los postres preparados, así como su decoración. Tapar y señalizar la fecha de caducidad. - Controlar la temperatura del emplatado y llevar a cabo los registros pertinentes (manual y/o digitalmente) para facilitarlo al Departamento de Calidad. - Realizar tareas sencillas dentro de Pastelería, como el horneado de la bollería, preparación de mousses. Llevar a cabo la distribución y el emplatado del producto terminado. - Realizar el corte de frutas o postres, de manera autónoma y siguiendo las especificaciones indicadas por el cliente.
