The Opportunity We are looking for experienced Business Development Partners who can leverage their existing network in fintech, payments, PSPs, e-money, embedded finance or adjacent regulated sectors to introduce qualified opportunities to Codego. This is a commission-based contractor role, designed for commercially mature professionals who already operate in the space and can open doors that would otherwise stay closed. We are not looking for cold-outbound generalists; we are looking for people whose network is the asset. The role is remote, with a commercial focus on [Region]. Existing relationships with fintechs, PSPs, payment companies, e-money institutions, SaaS businesses, marketplaces or other digital businesses operating in the region are essential. What You'll Do • Identify and introduce qualified B2B prospects in fintech, payments, embedded finance, SaaS, marketplaces and digital platforms • Generate new commercial opportunities through your own network, referrals, partnerships and warm introductions • Present Codego's payment infrastructure and white-label capabilities to potential clients at a high level • Qualify prospects based on business model, volume potential, regulatory fit and commercial readiness • Coordinate with Codego's internal commercial team during the sales cycle, supporting handover and closing • Provide structured market feedback to support Codego's go-to-market strategy What We're Looking For • Active commercial network in fintech, payments, financial services, SaaS, marketplaces or digital platforms — this is mandatory, not a nice-to-have • Proven B2B sales or business development experience in fintech, payments, BaaS, cards, acquiring, SaaS or financial services • Ability to understand and explain payment infrastructure solutions to senior decision- makers • Commercially disciplined, autonomous, and comfortable working independently across time zones • Fluent business English; languages relevant to [Region] are a plus, • Comfortable with a commission-based contractor model Compensation • Commission-based contractor role, • Attractive, performance-based commission scheme, • Commission paid on deals that are signed, fully invoiced and collected, • Uncapped earning potential, • Final commercial terms agreed based on experience, market coverage and partner profile Why Join Codego • Sell high-demand fintech and payment infrastructure solutions, • Work remotely with a lean international team, • Focus on B2B opportunities with meaningful deal value, • Join a fintech infrastructure group operating in BaaS, CaaS and embedded finance, • Collaborate with a team that rewards measurable commercial results Important Note This is not a salaried employee position.
