About the job Buscamos a una persona para el puesto de Maître para nuestro Hotel El Fuerte Marbella 5*.Tu labor consistirá en comunicar y alinear al personal con los objetivos establecidos, así como planificar y coordinar el servicio garantizando estándares de calidad y eficiencia. Trabajarás en Fuerte Group Hotels, una gran familia de profesionales de primer nivel con casi 7 décadas en el sector hotelero que ha crecido en marcas diferenciadas especialmente en el sur de España. ¿Cuáles son las principales funciones? • Comunicar al personal de sala los objetivos departamentales establecidos, así como repasar los procesos críticos y puestas en escena del área mediante la realización de mini reuniones diarias, de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos por el hotel. • Planificar, organizar y coordinar el servicio de los diferentes puntos de venta, así como el Room Service. • Participar en la elaboración de la oferta gastronómica de los diferentes puntos de venta del hotel, o en su defecto, introducir la oferta propuesta por asesores externos a la compañía. • Elaborar los cuadrantes de turnos y vacaciones del personal de sala, de acuerdo con las previsiones de ocupación y la herramienta de dimensionamiento de plantilla. • Coordinar y gestionar al equipo de trabajo. • Controlar y gestionar procesos internos de administración de personal de su equipo, en colaboración con el Departamento de Recursos Humanos. • Gestionar y controlar la partida presupuestaria asignada a su Departamento. • Realizar inventarios, gestionar y controlar la disponibilidad de materiales y/o productos necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento del Departamento. • Supervisar y validar la propuesta de pedidos del Departamento y realizar los mismos al Economato. • Velar y garantizar que el servicio al cliente se preste bajo los protocolos y estándares marcados por Fuerte Group. • Gestionar, supervisar y controlar la facturación. • Elaborar el análisis de resultados de los diferentes puntos de venta. • Llevar a cabo el seguimiento y cumplimiento del Manual de Ambientación Operacional. •Realizar otras funciones que en el ámbito de sus competencias le sean solicitadas por su responsable directo. €50.000 Ambiente de trabajo único, excelente clima laboral rodeado de grandes profesionales. We are moving to a larger store with 900 Sq.m of retail space and are looking for a motivated person to manage the day to day running of the store and our amazing team of 10 colleagues. It’s a varied and challenging role covering all aspects of retail including but not limited to customer service, store standards, accounts, logistics and health and safety and more. Fluent in English is essential. English is the main language spoken at work with both colleagues and clients. Applications and CVs should be made in English.
