    Location: Marbella Salary: Up to 30.000€ gross per year DOE Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with flexibility depending on season An international company located in the Costa del Sol area is seeking a polished, well presented and solution-oriented Junior PA & Reception Coordinator to join its growing team. This role combines professional front-of-house duties with administrative and PA support, offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a warm and professional welcome., • Manage day-to-day reception and office coordination, including calls, mail, deliveries, fridge filling, errands and prepping meeting rooms., • Oversee general office upkeep and liaise with external suppliers when required., • Support scheduling, calendar management, and meeting organization., • Provide junior PA support, assisting with tasks for senior executives and the existing PA., • Assist with light administrative duties across departments, including digital updates and records., • Ensure discretion and confidentiality at all times while managing sensitive information. Requirements: • Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) essential., • Driving license and own car required., • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach, • Sharp eye for detail, leaving no task unfinished and no issue overlooked., • Professional, discreet, and reliable, with a polished presentation., • Proficient in digital tools (Microsoft Office, email, calendars, cloud systems)., • Previous experience in reception, office coordination, administration, or PA support.     Reception Caddy Master Greenlife Golf Club: Job description: · supports the smooth and effective day to day running of all golfing activities · consistently focus on delivering an exceptional experience. Knowledge, Skills, & Traits: · Must be motivated to thrive in the golf industry · Experienced in computer user including Microsoft Word, Excel. Proficient in other applications, i.e., email, internet, and database · Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills · Self-motivated with desire to promote and market · Service and customer focused attitude · A team player who, together with the rest of the Caddie Masters, will be the executor of the quality standards set. · Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills · Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in both Spanish and English. Additional languages would be an advantage · Strong leadership and strategic planning experience · Experience of working within an established team · Highly responsible and organised person with availability to work weekends and flexible hours. · You can be trusted to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary Company information and sensitive employee matters, except as expressly authorized by the Company. · You always perform at the highest level of ethical work standards. You are comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments. · Customer service experience.
