Reception Caddy Master Greenlife Golf Club: Job description: · supports the smooth and effective day to day running of all golfing activities · consistently focus on delivering an exceptional experience. Assist in leading the proshop and outside golf operations to ensure high team morale and an elevated level of customer service · Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests of Golf Club · Maintains accurate records of bookings and sales as long as special guests requirements · Provides assistance to any customers renting golf courses · Performs opening and/or closing duties as required. · Display excellent customer service to initiate a positive atmosphere for guest relations · Prepare necessary and relevant reports required · Establish guidelines for golf operations; expectations and parameters · Manage the golf operations policies, procedures, controls and fee structures to ensure the safekeeping of assets and resources · Conduct necessary performance appraisals with relevant golf team staff · Display excellent customer service to initiate a positive atmosphere for guest relations · Assist in administering all of sales application revisions and needs as it applies to green fee sales, merchandise sales, and member/guest billing. · Promotes all club golf activities. · Assist with maintaining a clean, orderly, and well-stocked golf shop. · Assist with maintaining proper records and billing of storage · Follows established opening and closing procedures. · Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. · Performs other duties as required. · Regular and reliable attendance. Knowledge, Skills, & Traits: · Must be motivated to thrive in the golf industry · Experienced in computer user including Microsoft Word, Excel. Proficient in other applications, i.e., email, internet, and database · Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills · Self-motivated with desire to promote and market · Service and customer focused attitude · A team player who, together with the rest of the Caddie Masters, will be the executor of the quality standards set. · Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills · Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in both Spanish and English.
