Key Responsibilities: Manage the bar's daily operations, including staff supervision and customer service Manage budgets to ensure financial success Generate new business and increase revenue through effective marketing and sales strategies - Maintain all health and safety records and training, as well as staff attendance - Ensure the venue is clean and ready for the next day. - Responsible for inventory management. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Manager in a bar or similar establishment - Fluency in English and able to communicate in Spanish - Experience in kitchen management - Proven track record of success in managing KPI's and driving sales - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excellent leadership and communication skills ------ MUST HAVE AN EU PASSPORT ------ Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with varying shifts including daytime, weekeds and some late nights.
