You will support international tax operations, assist with compliance and reporting processes, and gain direct exposure to complex cross-border structures and strategic projects, with mentoring from experienced tax professionals every step of the way. If you are eager to build a strong technical foundation in international tax and grow in a fast-paced, international environment, this is the role for you. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liMonitor tax compliance obligations across the group, identify tax risks and provide assistance with tax audits in coordination with the HQ tax and finance teams, local and regional teams, and external advisors. /li liAssist with transfer pricing compliance activities, including data gathering and drafting support for the preparation of the Master File and Local File, monitoring intercompany transactions, and coordinating with local teams and external advisors on the implementation of group transfer pricing policies. /li liProvide research and analytical support on international tax matters, including tax treaty application, withholding taxes, and permanent establishment questions, helping the team build clear, well-documented technical positions. /li liContribute to Pillar II and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) processes, including data collection and validation, template preparation, and coordination with HQ, local teams, and external service providers. /li liAssist in preparing and reviewing group tax reporting at quarterly, year-end, and statutory closing, including data consolidation, reconciliation, and variance analysis. Support tax forecasting and budget tracking across the group. /li liSupport the Spanish tax compliance cycle, including assistance with corporate income tax returns, prepayments, and other periodic filing obligations. /li liSupport MA and restructuring projects by gathering and organising data, drafting summaries, coordinating due diligence requests, and following up on post-deal action items. /li liContribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, supporting the rollout of automation tools, and helping maintain internal tax databases, trackers, and reporting templates. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 h3Experience Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; a Master’s in Tax is a plus. /li li1–2 years of experience in international tax, transfer pricing, or corporate tax, gained in a leading tax advisory / law firm or multinational group. /li liStrong understanding of corporate tax principles, international tax concepts, and transfer pricing fundamentals, with a genuine interest in deepening technical expertise. /li /ul h3Technical Professional Skills /h3 ul liBusiness-level fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). /li liStrong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment. /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite; exposure to Power BI, SAP, or BPC is a plus. /li liGenuine curiosity about tax technology, automation and process improvement, with an openness to adopting new tools and ways of working. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liHybrid working model - 2 to 3 remote days per week /li liFlexible compensation plan including medical insurance, transport, childcare meal benefits and subsidized on-site canteen /li liDirect exposure to complex, real-world international tax projects from the outset, with increasing responsibility over time. /li liDirect mentorship and exposure to experienced Finance and Tax professionals. /li liA collaborative, international, and dynamic working environment /li /ul pIf you are ready to build your international tax career in a high-impact environment with experienced mentors and real-world exposure — we would love to hear from you. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
